Two Styles, One Experience

Both classes follow the same 2-hour structure and are taught by instructor Kareem. The difference is the music, the moves, and the energy. Choose one — or try both.

🎶

Bollywood Class

Expressions, drama, and iconic film choreography. You'll dance to classic and modern Bollywood hits — think big energy, hand gestures, and moves that tell a story. Perfect if you love Indian music or want something completely new.

Inside Your 2-Hour Class

Every class — Hip Hop or Bollywood — follows this structure. It's designed to ease you in gently and build your confidence as you go.

1
First 5 Minutes

Welcome & Introductions

Our admin greets you at the door, shows you where to put your things, and gives a quick overview of the class. You'll meet your instructor Kareem and the other students. Most people are nervous at this point — that's completely normal.

2
10 Minutes

Full-Body Warm-Up & Stretch

Kareem leads a structured warm-up that loosens your neck, shoulders, hips, and legs. It's designed for all fitness levels — no flexibility required. This prevents injury and gets your body ready to move.

3
5 Minutes

Dance Safety Basics

Before any choreography, Kareem explains how to move safely — proper posture, how to land, when to take breaks, and how to avoid common beginner injuries. Your body's safety always comes first.

4
40 Minutes

Choreography 1 — Learning the Foundations

The first routine is where you learn the core moves. Kareem breaks every step down slowly, repeats it multiple times, and adds layers only when the group is ready. In Hip Hop, this might be grooves and footwork. In Bollywood, this could be hand gestures and expressions. No rush — everyone moves at their own pace.

5
40 Minutes

Choreography 2 — Putting It Together

The second song is where everything clicks. This routine is a bit more playful and performance-oriented. You'll combine what you learned with bigger energy. By this point, most students forget they were ever nervous — the music takes over.

6
Last 15 Minutes

Open Floor — Freestyle & Cool Down

The floor opens up for freestyle. No rules, no structure — just dance however you feel. This is where people truly let go. Some students say this is the best 15 minutes of their week. The class ends with a group cool-down stretch.

What First-Timers Worry About

Every single one of our students felt this way before their first class. Here's what actually happens.

😶

"I'll Look Stupid"

Everyone is a beginner. No one is watching you — they're too busy figuring out their own moves. Kareem creates an environment where making mistakes is part of the fun.

😬

"I Have No Rhythm"

Rhythm is learned, not inherited. Kareem counts every beat out loud and breaks moves into tiny steps. By the second choreography, you'll surprise yourself.

👨

"I'll Be the Only Guy"

Our classes have a healthy mix of men and women, all ages. Dance is for everyone — Kareem makes sure the energy is inclusive and welcoming regardless of gender.

🚶

"I'm Not Fit Enough"

You don't need to be fit to dance — dancing makes you fit. The warm-up is gentle, and you can take breaks whenever you need. Come as you are.

👤

"I'll Be the Oldest One"

We've had students from 18 to 50+. There's no age limit and no age-based judgment. The music brings everyone to the same level.

🙋

"What If I Can't Keep Up?"

The class is paced for beginners. Kareem watches the room and slows down when needed. If you need a moment, take it. No pressure, ever.

What to Bring to Class

👕

Comfortable Clothes

Joggers, a t-shirt, and sneakers are perfect. Avoid jeans or anything tight. You need to be able to move, stretch, and groove freely for 2 hours.

💧

Water Bottle

You'll be moving non-stop — hydration is key. Bring a refillable bottle and we'll make sure there are breaks to drink.

🧻

Small Towel

Optional but helpful. You will sweat — that's a good sign! A small towel keeps you comfortable between routines.

💛

An Open Mind

The most important thing you can bring. Let go of expectations, don't compare yourself to anyone, and just enjoy the process of learning something new.

Before vs. After Your First Class

Before Class

Questions About the Class Experience

Both classes follow the same 2-hour structure — warm-up, choreography, freestyle. The Hip Hop class focuses on groove, bounce, and street-style moves. The Bollywood class focuses on expressions, drama, and Indian film choreography. Both are beginner-friendly.

Our admin welcomes you, explains the class structure, and introduces instructor Kareem. Then Kareem leads a full-body stretching and warm-up routine designed for all fitness levels.

Never. Everyone dances together as a group. There are no solos, no spotlights, and no one watching you. Kareem creates a judgment-free zone where you can focus on yourself and just have fun.

Absolutely. Rhythm is something you develop, not something you're born with. Kareem breaks every move down slowly and repeats until everyone feels comfortable. Most students surprise themselves by the end of class.

Yes! Many students attend both classes. It's a great way to explore different styles and find what you enjoy most. Register here and let us know which style interests you.
