At The Fame Lee Dance, we want every student to have an amazing experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below.
If we cancel a class for any reason (weather, venue issue, instructor unavailability), you will receive a full refund or the option to attend the next available class at no additional cost.
Monthly passes (4 classes) are non-refundable once the first class has been attended. If you have not attended any classes, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Unused classes from a monthly pass do not carry over to the next month.
Once a Zoom session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
If the session cannot take place due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If technical issues are on your end (internet, device, etc.), the session will count as attended.
Classes or sessions purchased at promotional or discounted pricing (e.g., early bird, limited-time offers) are subject to the same refund policies above. The refund amount will be based on the price actually paid, not the regular price.
