Refund Policy

At The Fame Lee Dance, we want every student to have an amazing experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

1. In-Person Classes (Bollywood & Hip Hop)

Cancellation by You

  • 48+ hours before class: Full refund or credit toward a future class.
  • 24-48 hours before class: 50% refund or full credit toward a future class.
  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund. You may request a credit for a future class at our discretion.

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a class for any reason (weather, venue issue, instructor unavailability), you will receive a full refund or the option to attend the next available class at no additional cost.

Monthly Passes

Monthly passes (4 classes) are non-refundable once the first class has been attended. If you have not attended any classes, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Unused classes from a monthly pass do not carry over to the next month.

2. Online Dance Theory Class (Zoom)

Before the Session

  • 24+ hours before scheduled session: Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund. You may request to reschedule once at no extra cost.

After the Session

Once a Zoom session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Technical Issues

If the session cannot take place due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If technical issues are on your end (internet, device, etc.), the session will count as attended.

3. Promotional Pricing

Classes or sessions purchased at promotional or discounted pricing (e.g., early bird, limited-time offers) are subject to the same refund policies above. The refund amount will be based on the price actually paid, not the regular price.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your full name, the class or session date, and reason for the request

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
