Dance involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, and other injuries. By participating in any class or session offered by The Fame Lee Dance, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fame Lee Dance, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participating in our classes, whether in-person or online.

For online classes, you are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a device with a camera (optional), and a safe space to move. The Fame Lee Dance is not responsible for technical issues on your end. If a session cannot take place due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
